Subscription Screw-up need advice....

Hey guys I just ordered 3 month sub from amazon but linked the game account to the wrong eve account any advice on how to resolve this screw up? Other than just roll with it.

File a support ticket under billing and accounts , be polite and patient and you should get some helpful response .

Well I get that I should be patient with tech support and really hopeful that they are in a good mood....But since I was really looking forward to playing eve today should I just go ahead and get a single plex to play off my account that I wanted it for? Because I looked at the last ticket I submitted to them and it took 10 days to get a response.....

If you're that set on it and have the isk spare then yeah, that's what I would do and then chalk it up as a Derp moment.
the support guys are pretty good about account management stuff but they have a lot to get through so you can be waiting up to 10 days.

The only thing I can add to this is that every time I've hadd to make a petition to CCP I was very polite about it and gave all the info, and CCP was usually pretty quick to reply.

The biggest one was forgetting to transfer the isk I had on a character I sold before I sent him off to the new owner. It was fixed within 24 hrs so by no means 'slow paced' in my book having waited a week for blizzard to get back to me to reactivate my account after I forgot my password for SCII after a year break.

Infact, I have NEVER been dissatisfied with a response from a support ticket.
