That elusive 70% refining at stations

Is there anyone out there that is able to get 70% on their refining Ore? As far as I'm concern, I have perfect skills for the ore(s) I'm refining (5,5,5) + 4% implant + basically 10 standings. However, I only get 69.6%, therefore the elusive 70%. I know about 2% for POS, but I'm not going to get a POS anytime soon. So I make do with stations for which we all know required many hours of grinding. So has anyone been able to get that 70% at a station and if so what did you have to do? If not, then we have to live with all the training to only see that 69.6% every time I reprocess...fly with determination

50*1.15*1.1*1.1*1.04=72.358. It's just a visual bug in the reprocessing window, as it doesn't take the implant value into account. But you can check the output results values and see that they are calculated correctly.
