Today from Criminal Bureau of Investigation.

But you're right. For these ones, we are able to track them until the end of the world and time if necessary.

I didn't even read the OP and just skipped to the last page. After 17 seconds of thoughtful reflection, I have a few questions.

1. Is OOO- the lowest rating? That seems like a rather arbitrary stopping point. Certainly Goons should be ZZZZZZZZZ- because "Grrrr" Goons.
2. Does being "punished mercilessly" happen to involve any type of "ball-gag" or the donning of "bunny ears" and is there an additional fee if one would request such unique "punishment"?
2. Are lengthy run-on sentences considered anti or pro piratical activities?
4. Do the previous 14 pages of this thread make any sense?
5. Does anyone care that there is no question #3?
6. Would you mind if questions 7, 8, and 9 are nothing but forum emoticons?

We never broadcast our killmails to protect our executioners. We don't give the name of the lawbreakers. We don't want to advertise their achievements. They just deserve to be killed or destroyed anonymously.

1- OOO rating means we are reviewing the entity. Next step is an official rating. AAA if entity busily fights against criminality. BBB if helping to fight against criminality or simply honest citizens. CCC/DDD for criminals. DDD- is the biggest level of criminality.
2- You can't request. You must deserve sentence. And no more.
4- Each word makes sense on our threads. Read it like the Holy Bible.
5- Out of game : we laughted a lot when reading this point. Thanks for that.

You know if you had actually punished anyone that had anything to do with anything they probably would have turned up by now and said "yeah dude got me". Nobody turned up and said that though.

When your ship is destroyed, do you broadcast about that ? No. They do the same.
Their biggest problem is to identify who killed them and for what reason. Why ? Because we forgot the old art of police arrest. No "woop woop". No Police Pursuit ship. No "You have the right to remain silent Anything you say can...". No obvious link between agents, executioners, crimes, victims and assassins. That's the best way to protect us.

Some guys of CODE or GOONS. Likely. Because they may be lawbreakers. But we know also some who are not bad guys. We prefer to enforce the law across individuals. Because individuals sin.
