Glitch in the new cloaking effect

Sorry wasn't sure where this belonged. There is a glitch since the cloaking changes were implemented where if one decloaks mid warp, jumps and then recloaks the little dotted timer lines stay up for a minute or so. This never fails to scare the absolute crap out of me especially when jumping into gatecamps. In the pic below I have just jumped into system and am warping cloaked but the dotted lines are still there.
You can see how it might be difficult to know that my cloak is engaged. When this first started occurring after the patch there were times when I thought I wasn't cloaked and hit the cloak again thereby accidentally decloaking my ship.
I haven't died yet because of this glitch but I'd bet that many pilots have.

I want to reiterate that the reengage cloak timer is long past completed and I am fully cloaked in the pic.

Just went out to test this again and this is still an issue.

Scared the crap out of me. The trouble is because I cannot tell whether or not I am cloaked I don't know whether or not I hit or missed the cloak button. Again this is many seconds after the cloak timer has run down.
Seriously I can't be the only pilot having this issue.
