I fully realize that this character can do basically nothing, all he has is support skills, i had never planned on selling him. I was going to resubb and start doing PVP skills, but i never got around to it. Just needs a purpose, basically a blank slate with good support skills to train into whatever you want.

Key points.
-Minmatar pilot (Decent Armor/Shield/Cap/Support Skills.)
-12.9 million skill points.
-Full set of +5 implants.
-1 Remap.
