edit: I just saw in the table that J005280 has 3 statics, I suppose U210 should be not there

Shattered C4s seem to have 3 statics.
2 w-space connections (which they would have anyway as a C4) and an additional k-space static.

In the Dev blog it also says "They will all have an additional known-space “static” wormhole connection alongside the normal “static” connections that they receive by virtue of their class.".

Not sure about those frig systems though.

Non-K162 at time of posting are U210 and D845 like already mentioned in the sheet plus M001 and Q003.

2 Sleeper Frigs and 1 Sleeper Cruiser in Epicenter. Much Talocan stuff also. And Veldspar Shocked

Join a WH corp or alliance, maybe even Signal Cartel and get out of that NPC corp. I don't think anyone else is going to share one with you, or at the very least, you should probably be suspicious of them if they do.
