What about you could do a recording of "stuff in game" and then a recorder have it export to a .probe file, which you then can run in probe.

That's certainly a bug, but Probe is a tool that exercises our 3D graphics engine, not the user interface elements that seem to be having problems in that picture.

The next time this happens, please consider hitting F12 and using the Bug Report tool in the window there. Submitting a bug in this way will give us information about your system as well as allow you to take a screenshot, though I'm not entirely sure whether you can take a screenshot of that particular interface. If not, you can use this page to submit a bug report:

https://community.eveonline.com/support/bug-reports/

If you use the web interface for a bug report, please try to be as clear as possible about what version you're reporting about (for example, using the build number on the title bar of the launcher window) and include a copy of the output of dxdiag.exe (if you're on a Windows machine) or your system profile output (if you're on a Mac.) Also, if the problem only happens when you do certain things, please make that clear as well.
