Time for another investment round.

Found a few new business opportunities to invest in, so I will once again be looking for investors.
Depending on market I will be looking for up to 600b from investors, maybe more.

Pick of investors will be done by date of pledge and size. I preferred to have as few investors as possible, as it gives less work for me. I will also likely try to fit in a few small.

Collateral will be in the hands of Chribba, and is agreed to be continuous reviewed to ensure that it's always more than the bond value. Chribba will confirm the collateral, once he has it secured.

The bond will be built and repaid over stages, as items are secured, bought, sold and released.

Amounts need to be in full billions.
Interest will be 18m per billion per each full period (30 days)
- For easier accounting

In the event of a default, or lack of collateral, investors will be refunded their capital investment and accrued interest to that point it's possible. Any ISK after the liquidation will be taken be Chribba as extra payment. investors will get priority by time of investment, if need be, after Chribba's pay.

No fixed duration. Expected 2-3months.
Cash out requests requires 14 days notice.

Periodically the bond will be lowered as I will buys back parts of the bond from investors.
- If so, the interest payout will be for the full period for any started period.

Once collateral is in place I'll take 86b. If possible I'll reserve another 70b but I won't have those funds available until the second week of December. So 156b all in if it can wait a week.

As discussed prior , 390 B investment has been sent to chribba . Appearantly that was all left in the wallet , too much loans going out these days Blink.

Reserved all the amounts.

Will try to see if I can find the extra 31b collateral.

There is already talk of expanding bond. So if you want to reserved a slot, in case I can find the extra needed collateral, or someone drops out.



I have already talked to Chribba, and we have both agreed that 1t will be the upper limit REGARDLESS.
Also as I don't believe the markets I will be trading in, can take more than that. In case of default, Chribba's work load or my overall work load.
And most important - how much of a risk both he and I am willing to take.

Depending on the timing of when it is required, I may be interested in a further 10 billion (currently liquidating some assets)

Confirming that I've been asked to hold collateral.

What we have decided on is that ISK is being sent to me.

I then contract out portions of the ISK in exchange for the collateral. That way everyone will be able to secure their portion (after OK by Angelica I presume) and Angelica can come up with collateral in portions.

I have received flakeys 390b ISK and have begun to get it collateralize from Angelica.

ALL pledges so fare, can transfer the ISK to Chribba.
Once he confirms he has gotten the ISK, the interest will be counted.

To keep Chribba's work load down - MAX one transfer per investor.

I can do it however you prefer. 86 and then 70, or 156 in a week or so. Message me/post here and I'll do that!
