I am unsure if something like this has been proposed before as I couldn't find anything in the search history about it, but adding something like "Fired" if kicked or "Quit" if the player quit his or her corp in the Corporation History tab. Also maybe add preset reasons for why the person was kicked from his or her corp.

For example,
PIXEL Corp 2014.10.28 09:20 Fired on 2014.11.05 Reason: Inactive

PIXEL Corp 2014.10.28 09:20 Fired on 2014.11.05 Reason: Awox

PIXEL Corp 2014.10.28 09:20 Quit on 2014.11.05

This would save a lot of trouble shaking down past CEOs when doing background and compatibility checks. +1

There is an idea of a Gay Pornstar; some kind of abstraction. But there is no real me: only an entity, something illusory. And though I can hide my cold gaze, and you can shake my hand and feel flesh gripping yours and maybe you can even sense our lifestyles are probably comparable... I simply am not there.

And it would open ways to ruin someone's reputation if the former CEO just doesn't like the face of the corp leaver, something which can make the life of people more of a hassle who are up to no good anyways; which would hamper the simple sale of an awoxxer character after it's served its purpose for one player, thus leading to more lasting consequences of your actions; and it would require some people to explain why there's a Kicked or Inactivity in the history. It would be more like a contemporary employment reference letter, where the applicant has to explain himself first and the new CEO can cross-check afterwards instead of the new CEO having to meticulously trying to find the applicant's former corp's CEOs to ask them about the applicant.

CCP should add more NPC 0.0 space to open it up and liven things up: the Stepping Stones project.

They have to anyways? Your applicant can tell you nice fairytales on how unfair, mean and unsupporting the old corp was, it's the recruiter's job to check these stories regardless of what he's been told.
