Quite interesting responses here, I haven't heard much more new evidence about it, but we have had some rather unusual theories which we're working on.

Theory One:
Inside the supposed message from Dr. Hilen Tukoss, there was a Locus Signature hidden, J1000005. Now, we know this system isn't listed on official records, but we believe it exists, and can be accessed through a C5 wormhole chain. We need everybody to search any C5 chains they come across, or just any C5 wormholes.

Theory Two:
How do you secure something in a vault? A biometric lock. What do you need to open a biometric lock such as the one at Prosper Vault? A Jove. Why do you think they need Jovian DNA and Jovian body parts? Cloning, maybe? What would be hidden in such a station? CONCORD deny anything, but we know what bad liars they are. Possibly a weapon hidden within the vault? Something capable of destroying stars? And what's the first thing you do when you get a new weapon? Test it.

My apologies for cross-posting a quote, but I'd just read this and after reading Theory #2, I almost threw up.

Spreading fear? Can't match the Empire or even empires for that. Hostage taking? Most of my entire people were taken and are now held as such. Terror? Ever seen the golden hulls invade the Republic Space? Seen the Tribes flow across the borders? Supercarriers rammed into stations? Titans holding entire worlds hostage?

There is nothing any of us can do to match our respective homes and entities we proclaim loyalty to when it comes to terrorism. If we are ever to actually achieve anything at all for whatever ideals or causes we cling to, it requires thinking big. It requires acts of terror or mercy so great that they are nigh inconceivable.

In short, go big or go home. Everything else is just a waste of time and lives.

Eh, that may be a good way to get to someone if we don't care for their survival, but if we are talking about complicated tech or something valuable, it's better to use keys or hacking scripts.

And for those of us who don't think entirely in death and murder, the thing you want to get past a biometric lock if you don't match the biometric data it's looking for is either a convincing genetic disguise or a very good hacker.

For this scenario there are shaped explosions.

That's not a saucer, that's a prominence, a very common feature of stars. It's not a common feature of core-collapse supernovas, however.

but in eve on a object far away in the distance for that fact? you do realize that would be like a million solar systems wide (i aint good with math sorry)

I ran it thru adobe's highpass filter and u can clearly see a ring going straight threw the star
http://i.imgur.com/W5Q9ReH.png

and heres another image filter where u see not only the ring on the 1 side but you see the ring completing it self on the opposite side of the star JUST BEARLY
http://i.imgur.com/QBwUIID.png

tried using some other filters to make it more clearer
http://i.imgur.com/CoXe717.png

and here is a edited picture which I drew where I see the ring
http://i.imgur.com/tSL9ZGl.png

btw you can also use the original image and just simply use the EMBOSS feature and you can then see the ring starting to appear.

Well, maybe it is indeed a black hole with accretion disc

Get an exploration frigate equipped with data analyzer. Problem solved.

A Minmatar warship is like a rusting Beetle with 500 horsepower Cardillac engines in the rear, armour plating bolted to chassis and a M2 Browning stuck on top.

I suspect you might need some slightly more specialised equipment to break a biometric lock. The sort of systems most capsuleers are used to hacking are fairly insecure due to the fact that they tend to be the sort of system which needs to be accessed by a lot of different entities on a regular basis, and so has many open ports and running applications. A biometric lock only needs to do one specific thing - check provided biometric data against its authentication database. If it matches, it'll let you in - if it doesn't, it won't. Hacking a biometric lock involves finding a way to interface with it other than by providing biometric data and then convincing it either that you've provided a valid match with its authentication database or simply forcing it to open the door.

The standard Guristas mainframe or Sansha databank is never going to be as secure because they're built with compatibility and ease-of-access in mind.

Then I will repeat after Diana Kim and say 'demo charges'. Or get a combat engineer to cut through that door. We have tools for that sort of thing. Just note that this method takes quite some time. Maybe hours depending on the thickness of that door.

Now I must wash myself.

Advertisement on a galactic scale? I know the Sisters can be ruthless if they desire so, but to destroy a star to advertise their ships/corp? Darn.... I bet that's too much, even for SuVee...

Even if it is an ad, it's not like we can throw ISK at them and buy these shiny ships, so practically it has no point. I've never worked with this branch of SOE, but I heard that they dislike us, capsuleers, very much.

Note to self:
1. Stay away from Vale.
2. Keep probe launcher and probes ready in case of emergency diving to j-space.
