major game crash, help needed

Hi.
I was doing a mission today and running the game all day with no problems until during the last mission one of my ammo crystals on one of my turrets didn't change while the rest did, I finished the mission and when I flew back to my station and tried to dock nothing happened, I couldn't dock and my ship wouldn't move, I tried to reload the game but when I logged back in the side menus worked and I could use the chat box but the rest of the screen was black, I can use the map or look at things like ISIS but whenever going back to the main view everything is black, I've tried reinstalling EVE and restarting my computer but nothing works

Update.

I've also tried resetting my router and using the eve repair tool but still each time I log in that same screen is all i get, game is unplayable.

Please submit a ticket in the 'Stuck Character' category and we may be able to help. Its possible that one of your guns crystals is bugged which is preventing your character from loading fully.

We may be able to resolve the problem through a support ticket. Otherwise the problem should resolve itself during downtime.
