"exception" launcher issue

i try and open the launcher and a box pops up with the title "exception" and a text field with what looks like some coding. i ran the repair tool and it said it was completed but as i hit the close button it says "error"

I have the same problem, using all other routes to connection also fail to start the program.

apparently ccp doesnt give a **** so im just re installing and seeing if that works
