Less base hp than a coercer, but more lows to fit with tank IF you go that route, and 9 effective turrets instead of 8. It's in line with tech 1 destroyers, having advantages in each area only when swapped to that mode.

It sounds a bit bellow my expectations.

Then again... If it's cheaper than a Worm I could totally use it! And lose it! And use it again!

It fits in with where CCP said they would like T3s to be, that is, less effective than a tech 2 hull, but flexible to perform a wider range of abilities. Unfortunately, if this is an indication of what is coming for strategic cruisers; Sell all your T3s before they announce the new stats. Going to be less worth than somalian 100$ bills.

I'm estimating that when the market settles the price will hover around 30-35 million.
