Dunno about the requirements to fly and the bill of materials. Can't believe that a T3 ship has the material cost of a T1 ship and less skill requirements than it's T2 counterpart.

Hurr, um, any T2 cruiser takes more skills to train than a T3. Logi requires a boatload of level 5 skills, and a Tengu requires Caldari Cruiser 5, and 6 skills at level 1 (1.5 hours totes).

A view of the future

That is apparently in Defensive mode. 13K EHP in the fitting window, 246 DPS. 1100m/s. Outside of Defensive mode, I would think it would be 6K EHP.

This is marginally better than my hull tanked Dragoon which gets 10K EHP, 200 DPS and a little more bloaty sig. The hull tanked Dragoon is still woeful against AF's, I'd argue, though the Confessor will do better if getting RR because of resists being higher.

Pity there's no really decent frigate sized logi!

I reckon I would pay 80-120M for the hull of a T3 Dessie with those stats. It's not stellar, like the difference between a Thorax, Deimos and Proteus progresses up the tech levels. You'll still die in 10-20 seconds to an Enyo in a W-R.

Thumbs up CCP. You're on the right track.

because it gets better Resists when using Defensive-Mode.
But you are right, without the Defensive-Mode it tanks less than the Interdictor...

One of the devs on the test server answered regarding not showing t2 resists on the test server and the reply was that that was a known issue and was due to be fixed. Hopefully that can be confirmed.

Do we think this thing will be able to solo C2 combat sites?

Looks cheap price wise.

Only requires 2 melted nanoribbons.

This is really going to increase the cost and worth of lower end gas and the crap salvage parts...

I suspect this will be more than 40 million (probably 80 million).

Yaay!!!!

That's kinda expensive but I think your right about that 80M. We'll have to see if this is worth the price.

Two things nobody has mentioned.

1) can fit combat probe launcher.
2) cannot fit covops cloaking device.

besides the nanoribbons, the rest of the stuff is pretty cheap.

All t3 materials will spike up though. Should be temporary for a month, then drop, then spike again. I suspect some of this will be offset by the new systems, the sleepers in kspace, and the renewed interest in wormholes.

I think (uneducated guess) the bottleneck maybe lower end gas, then again most of the gas manufacturing tends to happen in lowsec.

Yaay!!!!

The T3 products have already been spiking heavily, have you not noticed the T3's at 200m each although those seem to be at old stock prices and you should be seeing prices for a T3 cruiser at 250m.

So with the prices of the hybrid components already up there before they will spike up i expect to see the new T3 destroyer start around 120m in spike times and go back to around 90 after a few months. But they will be very versatile for a lot of groups so that demand could remain longer then the usual month spike you see.

Either way ima make a fuckload off bank off them.

I don't know if that has been mentioned somewhere, but that little curlingstick is able to change its t3-ability while it is cloaked.

You can shift its modes right after a jump and still hold that jumpcloak... I am not sure about how cool that feature will become.

The moment they announced the change in manufacturing costs for the T3's, I bought 30 hulls @ 140M, and made 3B ISK. Shoulda cleaned out the subsystems instead, I'm still boggled of the mind that they re now 60M a pop.
