Where am I really going?

While I sit here contemplating the execution of this irresponsible pilot that I snagged in my web, it occurs to me that the universe around me has changed so much since I took control of my own destiny. The sheep of this dark cruel habitation are still raging war over their own unimportance insignificances like the weak adolescents they have always been and always will.

Time. Something that is not on my side. But, who really is these days? All I need is my ship, my gats and a good companion who restrains me for good pleasure – real good pleasure. Life is—will always be—good until the last speckle of sand has crumbled its way to the bottom. Whereas we are truly are—the bottom of the all.

Funny how that works. Yet I still sit here gazing into the distance while the sounds of distress flicker across my screen. Someone is hailing me. Someone is calling my name and for once, I’m not chained to something hard and metal throughout the entire ordeal. Pity, I really enjoy the sound of begging even without all the painful lust of a bad companion.

Where am I really going? Do I ever truly know? All I do is sit here gazing into the stars hoping that someone, something happens. Politics, greed and lust is all our business and business is good. But, these small useless creatures are just going in circles and I’m just here, sitting on the outside gawking. They are caught in a treadmill and I’m actually caring enough to watch these pathetic rodents spin.

Not today. I will look away and once again, drive those before me to their knees. Not for power, not for greed or lust, but for pleasure and for—me.

Turns and focuses on the ship caught in his warp inhibitors and executes the poor soul desperately trying to escape.

Hrmm, that was a rather ... romantic, transmission. At least until it ended in violence, not that I have an issue with that.

It's not unusual to feel a lil lost at times though and I bet many could empathize. I'm sure you'll find what's missing, or it'll find you.
