Actually 100% to do with the market this is purely a warning for others to avoid dealing with him.

Thanks for the info....always good to know who the no good scammers in the game here. Sad that so many people resort to dishonesty to make isk...hope one day the meta will change.

Whenever I'm in a trade hub, I ask for generous donations to help Minmatar children who are growing up without a scrap of duck tape to their name. It's an honest charity, I just haven't found a viable way to convert isk to tape yet.
