[quote=mkint]..People can also attack them so you also get PVP from it. But any 0.0 alliance will do there PI in 0.0 So that means you only have to fight/Avoid Pirates in general. This means low entry levels....

What game are you playing? If there is easy/free ISK then null monkeys are the first in line .. any and all high value planets will be null controlled in a matter of months if not weeks.

CCP in all their genius made it yet another EHP grind based mechanic with reinforcement timers no less .. how do you propose the people who would go in the "low entry level" bracket will compete with infini-ISK blobs that can drop out of sky with no warning?

The pooch sure is walking funny after what CCP did to it .. again.

Apocrypha, in my eyes, is EVE's greatest expansion. I shudder to think where the game would be today without it. But like being saved by Spider-Man, everybody gets one; CCP has already stated that they will never again do anything Apocryphaesque.

It's true, we said that. But a lot of things have happened since that was stated. Hilmar's acknowledgement that we were on the wrong path, the restructuring of the company and the new focus on EVE to name a few. Since then we scrambled and in slightly less than two months we made what's probably the second largest expansion for EVE ever, and it's all about spaceships.

I can't and won't promise anything about what we'll do next, but things have changed big time, we have massive momentum behind us, and I for one am genuinely excited about the future of EVE Smile

Sounds good. Now you've rediscovered what you can do when you really want to... the sky's the limit.

I live in null We got some of the best planets around. We got one system with 2 planets of each type in it.
Guess what?
only a few people bother with it.

Pi is too much of a hassle when u could kill 7 rats a day and make the same isk.

Let's see i have 10 planets
8 mining planets (p0->p1)
and 2 factory planets
i make about 250 robotics a day.

net's me about 7-8 m

On a side note for all the carebears out there
Prov is Not Red don't shoot.
with 2 Highsec to null sec Ways in
You can dock in the stations and i think you will be able to setup pi(can't do it right now but i think the new Custom offices allow it if it's setup right)

Just watch out for
-pirates
-Testies
-PL
-WN
-Drunk/high N.F.H.P. members(If we do blow u up and ur a neut send me a mail and i'll see about getting ur ship back)
-Random reds.

So in short
Risk ~= reward
