I've missed stuff on Dev blogs etc in the past so I just want to check,

Has there been a recent change to contracts, as Previously I could bid on and Buy contracts from other regions but I no longer seem to be able to do so, I'm assuming it's a change in game as none of my toons are able to remote buy out of region on contracts?

So is this something that is broken, or just another case of something that wasn't broken being "Fixed"?
