I need API or other solution to send ISK, and other things

I am a good web server programmer myself, and I intend to program a banking site for eve online.

People can deposit collateral and receive up to 80% of collateral in ISK.

The Problem is, sending ISK automatically by API is not possible right now.

Also I need at least to be able to send collateral back to the person.
It means I need to make a contract with that person to give her back the collateral

checking the WalletJournal is easy and possible via API. But sending ISK programatically by API right now is not possible

Please find a solution.

There is no solution.

Long term CREST /may/ allow for isk transfer. But until that happens, you're stuck doing it manually.

I'm not sure if this will ever be implemented. I mean, ISK sellers would have a field day, if they could automate that stuff ...

I'm pretty sure they use bots already, but bots = running an instance of the EVE client somehow = restricted by resources.

An API call OTOH doesn't need an EVE client to run ...
