New vid up at now.eveonline.com

Apparently they are taking apart the observatories. Weird.

Intersting, I wonder why they are harvesting the materials. We know of the connection between sleepers and the jovians. The observatorys must contain data or technology which the sleepers can not fully engineer currently.

They are probably after more than bodies. They are building something.

What, like an Iaptian Titan, or a super-station?

I may have pointed out that the Jove observatories would result in hilarious grid clearing fun if they were to warp in during an event at Fanfest. If I had, it would have been met by some of the more joyful evil laughter I have heard since giving some one a Nerf Firefly modified to fire with an electromagnetic catapult.

Well you can't go wrong with Ishtars.

From what I've read about the Drifters is that they can't be taken down by subcaps, i saw the vid of a Cerberus doing this, but it was later "patched" so that the Drifters adapted and could web/nuke out to a Cerberus' kiting range. please correct me if i'm wrong on this? or does jamming/dampening them work?

So if this is the case Drifters can't be dealt with in highsec, could this be a prelude to Concord/faction navies allowing capitals into highsec, something that devs mentioned may happen at some point?

thoughts?

It definitely suggests that we are looking at an end to the "Empyrean War"". Capsuleers and the Drifters are both entities not tied to a single body, both command massive ships capable of great destruction, both have agendas that are barely fathomable to a normal mortal, and both seemingly do not care for each other at all. Both groups are infomorphs, both groups are at cross purposes. "Infomorph War" it is.

Ignorance is the cause of suffering.

Hello everyone! It's been a while since I last posted here, but I felt it would be worth it to showcase the main theory I've worked on regarding who and what the Drifters are:

You can read it here!

Be sure to listen in on the Aideron Robotics Entosis Lore Panel tomorrow night for discussion on this and more!

Now it's black text and properly readable.
Before it was too light.

What exactly is wrong with black text on white background, like everything else in the written language for the last 5000 years?

Plz, show us all some examples of black text on a white background from 5000 years ago. I'm sure the ancient Sumerians were quite adept at bleaching tree-pulp. Roll

On topic, nice summary.

10/10 this trolling will change the thread topic to the history of paper.
