Stop right there! That man is not a Jove!

Everyone knows Jove have egg shaped heads.

Crap you caught me P

But here's an actual picture of JoviansSmile

What?!
Jovians are coming back?!

The picture is from EVE: Source- also, they showed the same two Jovians in motion at the very end of the CCP Presents! keynote in 2012 Smile

I, for one, am starting to get very hopeful about the the fifth point of the star raising its head Smile

As long as we're catching the hype train, the pics have some interesting tells:

The picture of the new ships have some interesting articles on them.

This picture shows what appears to be some sort of logistics vessel leaving a sleeper site. It's a three quarter view pic, which shows two ships in tandem. Notice the four spheres on each side of the ships running parallel for a total of four spheres. You can see what appear to be either parallel lines, or some kind of a reflection in these, which are all similar.

Now, take a look at this picture: There is a fifth sphere on top of the ship in this angle. Notice there the four outer spheres seem to have a dull silver color to them, while the sphere on top appears to be void of the silver hue. Also the fifth sphere is reflecting the nebulae "slightly" differently. The spheres on the side of the ship appear to have a pyramid triangle shape reflected in them, or possible its depicting something inside the spheres, while the fifth sphere on top is devoid of this pyramid/triangle ship.

I wonder if this a Wormhole Generation Ship?

Of course this is rampant speculation, but looking at the pictures, and jumping the hype train is fun.

Also +1 for bacon.

I was actually beginning to suspect the same thing! There's a hatch on the top of the ship, where the fifth sphere is- also, they seem to have some sort of beacon on them. Knowing that the Sleepers opened the wormholes themselves to leave the New Eden cluster, I'm beginning to suspect that these ships are using the same technology- and that we're going to witness the scope of what the Architects are capable of very soon Smile

Does this mean the "other" is essentially agent smith?

Text wall about sleeper ships

To me those ships look like highly advanced versions of those exploration ships they used when they traveled the eve gate. Ya know, the ones we hack in relic sites?

Besides if all this stuff is true and we need to fight the empire, does that mean we get jove stuff to fight CONCORDs Jove stuff?? Cuz that'd be OP. Or will jove interfere with CONCORD for us. For game balance reasons?

Oh, I perfectly understand, Hal Morsh — a mission like this requires courage, skill, and heroism… qualities you are clearly lacking. Have you forgotten you're one of the bloody immortals!?

Truly an eggcellent idea!

...

Alright I'll behave... No more egg jokes.

Eggcept yes, because we need more egg jokes in a game about eggs inside ships! That's the yolk of it.

It was a well thought out post and GD, as usual, has turned it into drivel yet again.Roll

Have you heard anything I've said?

You said it's all circling the drain, the whole universe. Right?

That's right.

Had to end sometime.

This goes back to the discussion of what happened when the SOE ships got released
Well, guess what, I was right Sleepers be invading K space!
Grab the blasters and fly me toward them!
I want me melted nanoribbons!
All hail the other, may its nebulous plan succeed!

In other news, this is what was meant by the SOE ship names and how they were showing the way, what with the tale involving invasions of other things and mass death

Oh and the last sorrowful step home by the little brother, he is not welcome
The other is a little brother to Sarym, he has come home to K space, he is not welcome
Woe befalls us for soon there shall be live events, and they will not be in your time zone!
Lament and wail ye capsuleers!
Lament!

A pretty good post, tbh.

And, actually, I'm wondering how OP imagines their OP fits in with this article. I'm seeing the web take shape.

As I see it:

The 'Other' is manipulating things, along with working in-line with the desires of many of the leaders of the empire factions, to further its own insertions. The Sleepers and, perhaps, the Jovians are resisting and trying to end the 'Other'. There is no proof for any of this, bus as time goes on, some things are seeming more and more plausible.

What I'm most curious about, though, is what the true goals of the 'Other' are- we are told that it wants to reshape the world in its own "twisted image", but we have no idea what that implies.

Also, I went back to the Prophecies of Macaper- I think it's quite eerie how well some of these things line up with the events in EVE, and it amazes me to imagine how much of this has actually been planned out from the very beginning:

“the little brother makes the final sorrowful steps home; he is not welcome”
At least one possibility could be the Sleepers making their return to New Eden, only to be attacked by the Other and those it has manipulated.

“what was many now becomes one when one becomes four”
The only thing that comes to mind is the uniting of capsuleers in the wake of CONCORD dissolving, somehow.

Maybe CCP is building the game around a story. I mean that right there just shows how deep the rabbit hole goes.

I mean if you think about it that's a pretty sick feature. We are people playing a videogame, and behind all the game features a story is being written as if the players were powerful people being unknowingly directed towards someone else's goal.

This can also playing into Valk and Legion.

Someone posted on reddit that one of the stations is a biochemical one, like dealing with implants. We know that the Valk are basicly kidnapped by the Gruistias to do their bidding. So maybe new sleeper tech is what will allow us to be valk and legionnaires? idk i'm just rambling now lol

Capsuleers cant be Legion or Valk as written
But Legion and Valk can be capsuleer
The nexus though is the bodiless state (evegate, website stuff)

THat is what will have us all merge as one
And when it does, there shall be an ushering in the Styx as it flows away, and the land rises up
The undying throngs and their thralls shall come forth and wage war on the living
THey will not be stopped, they will not be hindered, they will not also not pay the Sov bill

Now, along with this, we have seen a number of communiques from Hilen Tukoss recently ( [1][2][3] ). The first two were cryptic and filled with hexadecimal code. They requested for the body parts of Misu Baniya, which were distributed in 2004, to be donated to Site One, the Arek'Jaalan research facility in Eram.

However, the third message is very different. It is a broken communication from Tukoss, seemingly telling us that he is being held by someone or something, and that Site One has been compromised. The first time I read this, I immediately thought that either the Sleepers were acting maliciously in some way, or that the 'Other' is scheming something using the parts. But with today's message, I have realized that something much, much bigger may be happening.

As an aside, this Hilen Tukoss is a CCP account that has been creating content on the lore front. At first I believed it was just a player, but it's interesting to see CCP actively drive a story that connects back to upcoming expansions.
