BPC issue can't use for manufacturing or invention

I got 3 different BPC (rifter, exq and one other ship) to use for manufacturing and invention. I traded them to my industry alt and the won't recognize that I have the items in inventory to do either.

Has anyone seen this before and could explain why this might be happening?

Could you provide more information? Where, skills etc.

I mostly do tech 2 manufacturing. So for example I can build a vagabond and invent the blueprint with no issues. But with this Rifter BPC 15 runs, when I select it in the industry window it won't recognize that I have the materials to do manufacture or invention. These 3 copies I got from my corp locker are the only ones that have this issue. No idea what can be wrong.

Are you doing invention in a station or POS? Does the invention screen show the blueprint? Are the data cores in a container?

Double-check (triple-check and check again) the location that it's looking for the minerals. The defaults changed in Phoebe.

I have no issue with starting other invention jobs or manufacturing jobs in the station.

Using the same materials that these BPC call for.

It's possible these BPCs (and only these BPCs) are looking in a different place, the locations are stored per BP (in the client). Double-check the location that it's looking for the materials in.

that was the problem. They were set to look somewhere else. I didn't even know that was possible. Thanks.
