Only 2 out of 11 major links on that EVElopedia page work.
Proper referral includes checking those links, as it strengthens the op.

Anyone tried running EVE on the new Mac Pro's? (Not to be confused with Macbook Pro). This is the home computer workstation version of the Macintosh.

I think that there's a 12-core version of the Mac Pro, and also and 8 and 6. I'm thinking about going with the 12-core with 32gigs of memory and wondering if anyone else runs 4 EVE clients with four screens on this beast?

Running two clients with a 6 core Mac Pro with two D700's on two 27" screens in window mode. I must say, the non-active window gets a bit less fluent (ie drones orbiting), but it's not detrimental.

If you want to run 4 clients, you would definitively want those D700's.

I've run 5 without a hitch on an iMac Retina.

I am currently away, traveling through time and will be returning last week.

"Mac with low FPS? Eve config file changes here"

this topic would be really interesting, but the links leads to a 404 error :-(

As per second post, topic was dead within two days. Opt for complete removal, OP?
