WTS Class 3 WH Magnatar Effect and Static Low Sec GOING CHEAP!

Found it recently Im not sure if it has static holes, asking a low price and am open to offers! It only has one Control tower that is offlined as if someone left it here to rot. Ive been farming the sites and with the 55% bonus to damage its amazing how quick you can get the sites done, even with my paladin Im still hitting the cruisers for barely scratch shots of over 800 with the neg tracking bonus, its trully now how I blaze through these... There are still quite a few radar/ladar/grav sites on scan as well.... its up for grabs! Not scamming live in a WH myself looking to make a bit of cash of what Ive found...
