We are a team of older guys and girls within this corp but, very experienced. most of us have been flying together since 2006. Our requirements are simple, you have to chilled and social

We are a corp of typically more mature gamers that log on to escape the grind of work to have fun but understand that family and real life rule. We know better than anybody when you have to log off the big op because your kids set fire to the cat or the spouse is requiring your attention.

We are a do it all corp, PVP, MINING, RESEARCH, INVENTION, EXPLORATION, RATTING... whatever you want to do, all's we want is your company while your doing it. Instead of running down to the local bar/pub to hang with friends, we log onto TEAMSPEAK 3 and do Eve stuff.


REQUIREMENTS
8 mil skill point requirement, FULL API, TS3 Use (Listening and Speaking)

No on line time requirements, very friendly to new people in corp or returning players.

Many thanks for the note - and the long chat last night.

I derived a pretty interesting statistic about our recruitment profile over the last month or so. We have a 97% application rate for any applicants that actually take the time to come and speak to us. That's either a function of our willingness to spend time with our applicants to help them understand all angles of our Corp or its because our clear and concise message makes it easy for toons to see that we offer a great home. Check out our website if you need details - we do try and keep it very up to date

We truly are a relaxed and chilled bunch. What's really cool is our global membership and the good numbers of toons that are always online, chatting away on Teamspeak, chilling, having fun and relaxing together no matter what the time is locally for each member.

Last night was a bit tough - my Corp mates decided to have a very engaged discussion about global macro economics and the relationship of Currency to the concept of "Promise to Pay". We quickly nipped that one in mid-swing and came back down to more readily understandable topics!

It was followed by a long discussion on the merits of the most efficient ratting fit for running heavy sanctums. I spent all evening in the interview room with toons looking to join Corp and before I knew it the time had approached midnight and time to hit the sack!

I left a Rorqual out all night happily boosting the Indy players in one of our many systems - and it was still chugging away happily this morning with my morning coffee, albeit with a lot less Heavy Water on board than she had last night.

The ratters had a nice quiet night - popping over 800 rats an hour across multiple systems - another classic night in Full Spectrum Corp. Lot's of happy, rich, satisfied and content toons - playing the game they want to, when they want to in a supportive, mature and engaged community.

Wow, here's another vote of absolute confidence in everything that Full Spectrum Inc represents to the Eve game - last night we were the 4th fastest growing Corporation in the game! Not bad for a bunch of carebears plying a simple, but fun and relaxed lifestyle in some of the best space in the game.

So, I know you are all out there!

Profile of an excellent candidate to enjoy life to the full with Full Spectrum (pun intended).....

- You'll typically be more mature, laid-back and easy going
- You won't enjoy being told what to do, but prefer to do your own thing, your way and at your own pace
- You'll probably be married, have kids and be a professional that holds down a job
- You'll know Eve pretty well, having played the game on and off for a good while
- You'll be sick of the high-energy pew-pew of the outright PVP side of the game
- You'll be intrigued by things like Planetary Interactions, advanced Industry, Manufacture, Research, Invention, Mining
- You'll know how to fit a Carrier or an Ishtar for high-efficiency ratting
- If someone said a 'tick' is worth 18m-24m for a ratter on average you'd know what I just meant
- You appreciate a sense of community, belonging and like to come and go as your life dictates
- You like to find out what's happening in your game over a cup of coffee in the morning
- You sometimes like to pull out a shiny explorer and do relic and data sites for the goodies
- Gatecamps? Sheesh, hell no!
- Mandatory Operations? - the only one you are looking forwards to is the one to deal with Sciatica in your lower back
- PVP is something you have to do when you use the Eve Markets - otherwise take it or leave it
- You appreciate folks with knowledge who know how to share it without arrogance
- You tend not to state opinions as facts
- You listen with as much intensity as you engage and respond
- If you husband or wife calls you then that takes first place and the game can wait
- You appreciate that Eve is a game of patience and time - both of which you truly understand the value of
- You know what you like and you like what you know
- Your aptitude to play Eve well is more derived from your attitude to it than wrote learnings
- Your appreciate longs lists of text that seem to make sense!

Go on folks, we are a relaxed, mature and laid back Corp that thrives on enjoying each others company whilst we play the whole of Eve, our way, when we want, how we want.
