Pending the size of the hole you need to plug perhaps you should stick some caulk in it.

For extra large holes you can use African style caulk.

OP I would recommend training all of your amarr strategic cruiser subsystem levels to level 5 as well as all your scanning skills to at least level 4. I would also recommend joining a already established c4 wh corp (with at least one lower class wh static aka c1 through c3). As was suggested by other posters take your time and find the right group with a culture you will mesh well with. C4's recently are great for pvp and pve and the lesser sp point characters can enjoy to the fullest wh life.

There is enough room to carry modules like relic / data analyzers etc... in cargo and you can also have a mobile depot in cargo too if you really want to.

With the covert ops speed is key both for your day to day scanning in w-space and your survival. As said if you train all your scanning skills to 4, that's good enough on a main char. At a later time you might find yourself training or buying a separate scanning alt to specialize for that purpose.
