Yes, I tried to tidy up the spreadsheet and managed to transpose the import/export tariffs and remove the 10% aspect.

It should be fixed now.

Just to comment on the destruction of POCOs. I put two up yesterday in a Class 1 wormhole and they were put into reinforced within a day by a wardec corp running an extortion sideline. They convoed me and told me to transfer ownership. They offered me access to the POCOs for 4% tax if I gave them over, I refused and I imagine these guys will finish them off when they come out.

It took 4 Oracles and a Purifier about an hour to put each POCO to reinforced mode. Of course they're also committed to leaving a scanning ship in the hole for a couple of days and coming back to finish off.

But if they can get carebears to hand over POCOs it will have been a very lucrative operation for them. Even if they don't make any money they seemed to be enjoying themselves shooting other people's stuff - who knew such people existed in Eve?
