Hi,

I need some clarification on this.

Since the Phoebe update I have had invention runs end with a green tick and still not produce a BPC. What does this mean?

Check where the job is outputting to. Defaults were changed in Phoebe, could be you were looking in a different place to where the BPC went. Green tick means at least 1 run succeeded, so there should be a BPC.

Thanks, that's my thinking too.

I've checked all my assets, and ship cargo bays, and it's nowhere to be found.

The output should have been the station hangar.

I've deleted all my client cache just as a matter of course. 42000 files! but that didn't help.

Check the history tab of the industry window, if you find one of those jobs you can check the details of success/failure, output location, etc

Ah, didn't know that was there. The job failed : P

A little misguiding that it still ends with a "green tick" even for a fail after the patch.

If you did a batch job, it will still display a green tick upon delivery, to indicate your batch was completed, but not necessarily produce successful invention jobs.
