I would prefer that the confusing aggression rules for logi are fixed instead.

I'm sure you know this already but presently logi will get CONCORDED if *all* of these are true:
*) Target is attacked
*) Attacker is not in target's corp

These rules don't match aggression rules for non-logi and I imagine it really confuses new players.

What is a "pvp environment", I ask you.

i see no strong evidence for a causual relationship between reported sightings of mythical animals and the empires' tolerance of privately operated booster laboratories
