I trusted the page
https://eve-central.com/home/upload_suggest.html
as suggested.

However, this did not work for me.

Instead, I had to change the trusted site to
https://eve-central.com/*

Specifically: change the following line in
Directory:
C:\Users\USER_NAME\AppData\Local\CCP\EVE\d_program_files_ccp_eve_tranquility\settings\Browser
File:
trustedSites.dat
Use
https://eve-central.com/*
for the web site. Use https, not http.

After that, the uploads work.
