I've been posting this in the newbie thread but thought it might be something worth discussing here. Hope it helps some peeps.

these are important skills yes but i would argue that the capacitor skills are just as if not more important than these as you can fit all you like to your ship if you don't have cap you're dead (except very few cap less fits)


also your choice to bring up certificates W/O bring up masteries was odd. Masteries are poor to follow as a guide to skilling for a ship however they will help you find certificates that apply to them to help you skill

Actually I agree. Power grid and cpu need to go to 4 otherwise your just loosing too much dps or tank in modules/rigs to boost those stats. After that I found getting the cap skills to 3 and/or 4 have helped me win battles. As I prior I was either running out of cap and loosing point or dying first because my dps went to zero... So yes it does to manage them both.
