Hey..wanting to get back into living in npc 0.0.

Active pvper. Want no or very few blues (especially not blue to nearby sov holders).

Too many accounts. Self sufficient and able to move my own stuff with carrier/jf. I'm on usually around down time, don't mind soloing.
