just out of curiosity and also a quik bit of info before the main question,

i have been using google docs for all my spreadsheets with regards to industry for my corp and also using

the code bit to run in the back ground for all the back end calculations, it has worked great up until patch day BUT
i noticed that that the cost index for RE is coming back as a 0,

now i know that RE is now inline with invention and is this the case why its returning a 0, soooo
do i naw use the invention system index for my RE ? to calculate the installation costs for RE or do i now need to use soemthing else?
