I mean C'mon Pirates and the like should be able to choose to go off grid.

Local Makes the game too Easy

Apparently there is an opt out in Wormhole space which supports my theory that stargates are a data network that record you entering a system amongst other things. does anyone know if locator agents can find you in wormhole space ?

That theory would be disproven by the fact that those who don't enter via gates (WH's) still show up in local

What does this even mean? You'd have to pod yourself to leave the system?

Not a bad idea. It's tough but fair.

A recovering btter vet,  with a fresh toon and a determination to like everything that CCP does to Eve...

Don't take me too seriously though, I like to tease a bit on the forums, but that's only because I love you...

they cant find you, but they can reveal that you are in wormhole space. if used along with the proper intel it could be more information that i feel comfortable being shared by some NPC.

OT:

i would make CONCORD response time to be 10X what it is now, and i would also make guns deal 20% of their damage while on highsec and firing on an unlawful target.

i would also remove Killrights completely and replace them with a similar system than the one we have with jump fatigue, resulting in an ever increasing criminal/suspect flags.

What sharp wit.

As a wormholer yourself, one would think you'd know already know where to go if you want delayed Local. Instead, here you are trying to force this mechanic on null or low.

E: Disclaimer: Proposed changes to Local just drive some people ballistic. I'm one of them.

Better looking Environments, I played with a different account back in 2011? And I got the 'Wow factor' pretty hard. The way space looks was creative and imaginative. Now it's closer to the Endings of Mass Effect 3. Red Blue Green Yellow. Wormhole space is nice but I feel more art can be placed in the K-space systems.

Improve Highsec, Give Highsec corps a reason to be other than a social club. Make it so you need to be in a Player made-Corp to progressive favourable in EVE, The NPC corps should only have new players.

Improve Wardecs favourable for both sides, Give Defending corps some to defend other than their awesome corp name and a pos that can be taken down and moved within the 24-hour time limit. And Give the Aggressing corps something to take from the defending corps. Asides from POCO's theres not alot other than fun fights.

Further improve the NPE. Improve the tutorial system. Reiterate it so it doesn't allow misinformation to be gleaned from a completely new player, (IE Teaching Armor and Shield Tanking at the same would lead a new player thinking that Dual tanking is a good idea)

MOAR SPACESHIPS, Corvette class spaceships just sounds badass and I don't even know that it would do.

Improve mission so it's less of borefest and needs more skill and is fun. Honestly if I wanted to CTRL-CLICK+F1 I would join the massive null-fleets and have far more fun that way. Burner missions are a great start though.

My 2-cents.
