Requirements and recommendations

* Working head set and willingness to be on voice coms (TeamSpeak).
* 20 million skill points.
* Sufficient armor skills.
* Active in pvp fleets each week.
* Logistics and guardian skills preferred.
* A good starting amount of isk to get settled in and buy doctrine ships.
