I quit before they did the Worm Hole update.. i remember seeing lots of angry posts (I still checked up time to time ;) )

Im just curious if Worm Holes are worth coming back to? Ive had what you could call a "Love/Hate" relationship with WH since they came out. Everything else in EVE seems to have remained pretty static like null sec im just not interested in that anymore.

One thing i want to work on if i start playing again is the mentality that i need the best ship. I see lots of people PvPing in frigs / destroyers / cruisers and being old school (started in 2004) for some reason i just have the mentality of ifi have 150msp i shouldnt be flying cheap stuff...

Anyways you think Worm Holes are any better since the change and worth coming back too?

Whiners will whine, but activity is back up at pre-summer levels and upcoming buffs to wormholes (null data & relic sites in whs. frig/cruiser blue loot payout increase, T3 subsystem production changes and new T3 destroyers, scanning and bookmarks-related QOL/UI improvements) will only make things better.

So yes, they are most certainly worth coming back to, now more than ever in past few years.

Wormholes should get pretty cool post-Phoebe, C1s and C2s are getting a *massive* income boost from blue loot, possibly even more from salvage changes (C3s also got a ~25% income bump). I did some testing on SiSi in t2-fit BCs and was making about 60m/hour from blue loot alone in C2 sites. They're also adding NS (rat-less) exploration sites to C1-C3 wormholes.

This should attract some new people in

Yep, definitely worth coming back. Phoebe and the December update sound very promising.

Phoebe seems to be a bigger buff to wormholes than nullsec :D

Thanks. Do Cosmic Signatures still reset after downtime? I thought i read somewhere they changed that but maybe was a person suggesting that on forums?

I'm honestly interested in WH space - wish I knew good people living there, I'd be tempted to give it a shot.

Outside from the upcoming income changes, not much has really changed. If you got fed up earlier for the lack of activity, that's still the same. While isk is all good and that, that alone shouldn't be a reason to move anywhere. Fun on the other hand..

Well, you say that, but doing my regular post downtime solo scanning Run, ran two NS class relic sites, for the iskies, and played cache and release of noobs in a C2/hs must have caught quite a few, lost count, as it had 4 of the new sites. They were like bees round a flower bed! Let them all go, as we want new blood in wormhole space.CoolCool but more fun on a scanning run than I have had since...... Ever, and they all had an experience too!

So more income, more fun, more life, what more do you want 10/10

I was more referencing on how increased amounts of isk shouldn't be a reason to do anything. If he left WH's for other reasons in the past, those reasons are likely still going to be pretty much the same.

Better ISK establishes a reason to put your ship in harm's way in a c1 or c2 where before no such reason existed.

ISK in EVE is like green pastures in nature. Rich green pastures draw cattle, cattle draws predators, and suddenly you find bustling activity where before was only empty desert.

Phoebe potentially transforms a dying steppe with dry yellow grass, littered by bleached skeletons, into lush meadows strewn with fresh corpses. In EVE, everything flows from ISK.

Wormholes got ****** for two months, then they got better than ever.

So, yeah - I'd come back. There are a lot of dead towers from people that up and quit so now's the time to find the system with your desired effect and static.

Also, friends... 'cause solo wormhole?
