I, and anyone I've trained in pvp, will honour any 1v1 or ransom when arranged with the other party prior to the actual engagement. I know i personally can take pride in saying I had a hand in Axel Greye's training, and his reputation therefore speaks for both of us and Sureshot001 (my current scrub), at the least.

You bring forth the agreement, and if we agree, thats how the fight plays out.

If you see me getting RR'd it is most likely not one of my arranged 1v1s, probably doing a wartarget gank or something.
I have never dishonoured a 1v1 to this day, and only use RR on the rare occasion my opponent tries to gank me with his entire corp.

You do realize that the title is a bit redundant, right? "Nova Ardour has no honour" isn't exactly the biggest surprise. In fact, I would've been more surprised if it turned out that they actually do have honour, because honour is so incredibly rare in this game.

Ooooo, is this one of those threads where someone gets all butthurt about things they imagined the other person saying after they got wiped the fark out? Because that'd be glorious.

I'm not mad. I'm just stating a fact. Everyone who's played EVE for more than a month would know that honour isn't exactly the most common thing.

Thing is, members of Nova Ardour do have honor. If you request a 1v1 against Anya Klibor, Axel Greye, NetheranE, Sureshot, or myself, you will get a legit 1v1. Yes, RR will be on standby in case you try to break it, but Axel, Neth and Anya are all well-known in Dodixie for honoring their 1v1s.

However, if you take the can and get ROFLraeped, there was no 1v1, and there was no ransom offered. In this case, I took his can, he tried to use ECM drones, and my neutral Oneiros provided only Projected ECCM to counter it. Nothing more. And I offered no ransom, though looking at the chat logs, yes he did say in local, "ransom?". But I don't watch local a lot when I'm killing people.

After fighting NA quite a bit I will have to stand with them that they do honor their duels. Most of them. There have been a few cases where duels werent honored but it is just a spaceship game. My last loss to them was to Sureshoot001 in my vengeance to his hawk a retribution and a loki but they generaly honor their duels. That last loss was becuase of my own stupidity. Axel I will see you in the summer! I have mastered the vengeance.
