nova ardour has no honor

just making a note for anyone that does research on fights before hand

members of nova ardour say they honor 1v1 and ransoms but they dont


they will use logistics when loosing and will not take ransoms

For the record, the OP is whining about his crapfit Proteus loss, found here.

OP whined in local about me not honoring ransoms, despite my not offering one, nor him attempting to convo me and offer one. All 1v1s and ransoms are honored by me, when you take the initiative to request one.

i always honour 1v1s, I warp in my 2 alts and it's still technically 1v1 (person vs person)

i just felt like bitching and moaning made me feel better after the gange bang just means i need to fit another one is all

also learned me not to fly a passive armor tank when i dont have logistics i thought i was doing pretty good there at first until you got the rr guy in and i could not finish it

I like this plan of yours. I can't wait to 1v1 you with a crap t1 battle cruiser vs your faction fit proteus which melts in 20 seconds flat while its tank and guns are capped out.

So you are freely admitting that you need remote rep assistance to kill 'crap' fit's.

NA might be a bunch of dishonourable station huggers but I'm sure recruitment standards must be dwindling.

I found myself in a simlar situation whilst playing on my main a while back.

There is a merc corp (who shall remain nameless) who spend all their time in Sobiaski can flipping newbs to pad out their killboard. Deciding to stand up for the little guys I threw together a bait ship and awaited them. Sure enough one of their number flipped the can and away we went. It was a fairly close fight but I was pretty confident of winning , just as I got him into half armor out comes the alt with RR and it was game over for me.

It's a valid tactic but it somehow seemed ...........................................cowardly to me. So I do understand the OP's frustration

I supposed it makes their killboard seem good (assuming that you're not going to look to closely)

What I took away from this was that if you are looking for a fair 1 v 1 then don't pick on corps obsessed with their killboards.

It's rare that I'm actually seriousbusiness with my sweeping statements anyway. Have had some cool 1v1 fights versus NA dudes.
