Storyline mission agent levels

Hello all.

I have a friend asking me if the Storyline agents level impacts on the storyline mission level and standings reward or if it's static and stuck at the level of the agent in question.

He is wanting to raise Ishukone Corporation standings fast and I've taken a look at the Eve-Agents site and it shows all their Storyline agents are L1 Q0 (yes I know Q always = 0 now).

I belive the answer is it depends on what level missions you where running to grant the storyline mission offer. Now thinking aboutt hat, it has me wondering. If you run with a group of level 2 agents and some level 3 agents at the same time from the same corp, do you get 1 Storyline per 16 general missions or 1 L2 Storyline every 16 L2 agent missions and seperate L3 Storyline after 16 L3's (IE: L2 and L3 agent mission counts are sperate or together?)

Any assistance will be appreciated.

One storyline per 16 missions of the same level. The L2's and L3's are counted separately; the L3 storyline rewards and standings impact are higher than the level 2.
