[BOND] 1 billion, paying 10%, 2 months, unsecured [FILLED]

Bond Details
I am looking for a 1 billion ISK unsecured investment for 2 months. The bond starts earning interest on the 4th of November.

I'm offering 10% interest paid monthly (December 4, January 4), with a minimum investment of 100 million ISK and minimum increments of 100 million ISK.

If you would like to make a reservation to invest in this bond please notify me in this thread. ISK will need to be deposited in my account before 01:00 EVE time on November 4.


Purpose of Bond
I've been manufacturing for about 1.5 months, skilling up and making some good money from T1 and T2 rigs. I've started making T2 cruisers, but I need more working capital to keep my manufacturing slots filled. I currently have 5 production slots, but I’ll have 7 slots running about a week from now.
Total working capital required:
120 million ISK in production per cruiser x 7 = 840 million ISK
120 million ISK in material buy orders and ship sell orders per cruiser x 7 = 840 million ISK
Total working capital required = 1,680 million ISK

Profitability
I identify profitable ships using the ISK Per Hour application and some spreadsheets. There are over a dozen ships and rigs that return over 1 million ISK per hour per slot, have margins of over 20%, and healthy sales volumes. I buy, build and sell in hi-sec.

Assurance
I can’t offer collateral for this bond. I don’t really have any assets that aren't industry, hauling or my main combat/exploration ships.
I can offer the following:

  • In the future it’d be cool to build T2 Battleships and Jump Freighters. It would also be hella profitable (seriously, you should see the ISK-per-hour you can get on some items). Building these ships would be much easier with access to the capital on MD so its in my interest not to screw this bond up.

It’s weird that you would make this offer with a character you bought a week ago.

I’ll accept a similar deal from Quinn Cooke (or another character you own with a history of investment) if:
  • You only ask for a 25 mil ‘deposit’ from me
  • You can show me you actually have 1 billion sitting in your wallet through an API / EveBoard page.

At the moment, this offer from Maddy M has not been accepted and 1 billion ISK of the bond is still available to other investors.

1 billion ISK of the bond has been reserved by Quinn Cooke. The bond is now full. Smile

I’ve made a small deposit to Quinn’s account, which seemed reasonable given her account balance and the fact that she’s invested through the MD forums before.

I’ll be updating this thread around the 4th of November and for each of the two months after that.

Repayment schedule will be as follows:
December 4: Yawning Angel7 will pay 100 million ISK to Quinn Cooke
January 4: Yawning Angel7 will pay 1,100 million ISK to Quinn Cooke

Principal repayment of 1 billiion ISK sent through to Quinn Cooke P

T2 manufacturing went well for a month, but became a bit of a time sink with invention, BPOs, BPC copying, decryptors, spreadsheets, 20 different types of materials and too much hauling.

Since then I've switched to T1 manufacturing in a nullsec hub where I can hit 'Start' 1-2 times a week and make a profit as long as my mineral costs are under control. Also doing a bit of ninja gas huffing and inter-regional trading for some more ISKies

Thanks again to Quinn for showing a bit of trust two months ago. Big smile

Ahhh nice, playing the long game scam here eh..

Do a couple "legit" bond offerings, then once you've built trust CRUSH everyone w an epic scam.
