The unfair treatment from CCP GM community manager (MUST SEE)

This is the person: CCP Falcon || Community Manager || @CCP_Falcon

The original thread that resulted on my "BAN" without warning. And I repeat, without warning or even getting the 14-day ban.

And per ban policy:
You have been banned from the EVE Forums, effective through 11/23/2014 9:53:41 PM.

Reason:
This is a notice regarding your EVE Online forum posting privileges.
Your posting privileges have been suspended for 30 days.
This is due to the accumulation of three forum warnings.
THe most recent warning was issued for spamming, and reposting locked topics.
Our forum reprimand & suspension policy is structured as follows:
Warning #1 – Warning
Warning #2 – 14 day suspension
Warning #3 – 30 day suspension
Warning #4 – 90 day suspension
Warning #5 – 180 day suspension
Warning 6+ – 180 day

The concern of the ban:
I am being judged. CCP Falcon had a personal issue with my character/account IjustTOOKyourMONEY and didn't follow his own CCP policy. Instead of warning me, not did he skip the 14-day suspension but he went ahead and gave me a 30-day suspension. Shows how these guys have power trips and CCP is nothing close to a by the policy/customer friendly company. I have notified numerous people about this in/out of game and I will voice them in many other threads because of this.

Now I'm sure I will get the normal trolls here and what have you. This is not right what they have done to me, I'm writting this from my other account and will continue to write from my many other accounts until they fix what they have done wrong. I will be following up with a blog post and some SOE on it to get the word out if this doesn't get resolved.

Go ahead if you want to defend him, he did break his own rules. I as a customer being treated harshly is unheard of on any gaming forum I ever been on. CCP killed COAD, they will slowely kill the community with the way the treat us. It's like they are police officers on major power trip.

Conclusion:
Fix the 30 day ban to a warning and you will no longer hear from me or from my other numerous accounts. In addition I will take further for any other mistreatment that happens as a result of this post and the exposure of how CCP community team runs things.

Your interpretation of the rules does not matter, his does. According to him you broke the rules, deal with it.

Then I will call my credit card company and reverse every single payment i did for them. I'm being misstreated here dude and I want the community to know. I got banned for 30 days without warning or without even getting 14 days ban. Look at the damn policy man. You should be siding with me..

I will give you a piece of advice.. if CCP choose, or any game publisher for that matter, can ban you for what ever length of time they like.

Why, because it is there game.

Sure it might not be great customer practice, but they can still do it if they choose too.





That's fine, I will return all the money I paid for their services for denying me parts of that service and I will never again buy/use or promote their product. In addition just the way I run things I will expose this to the rest of the gaming community on how they run things as I'm sure there's others who care how a company treats players.

I think so it is what you said. But still taking a personal decision vs following your own policy is a BIG no no in any company. Or rather it looks VERY bad on them..

Plus it's not really a bunch of rant posts. If you follow what I did, I simply wanted to communicate with the ISD to understand what I can or can't do.

Nothing you say/do is going to have any impact on CCP or the community. Even the mods at /r/eve removed your post for being pure idiocy. You messed up and now you're paying the (well deserved) price.
