How long does it take for a complex reactor array to process a reaction and to output the finished product?

Same as all POS reactors and moon harvesters: they operate once per tower tick, every hour.

Tower ticks are easy to identify: it is when the tower consumes fuel. Check your calendar for when the fuel runs-out, and note the minutes past the hour (requires Config Starbase Equipment or Starbase Fuel Technician role).
