Eve-O Forums Back in Business?

After CCP changed their moderation policy some years back, the Eve-O forums dried up of all good stuff. The best trolls, shiteposters, tear extractors, and forum bullies moved away; many of them to kugutsumen, but also to other forums. Now, when k.com is dead, I've been trying to figure out where my kind has moved, and I ended up here. It seems like the whole ol' bag of tricks is in frequent use, but is my impression right? Is the C&P section of Eve-O forums again the hive of villainy, corruption, and douchebaggery that it used to be? Is it a good time to return for a fresh start?
