Seems like there's a lot of guys out there that like to talk the talk on these forums, but when it comes to actually doing something like this you lack the testicular fortitude or are otherwise bench warmers.

Glad to see the blue donut can't just overwhelm every one of their opponents. I wonder if atrophy is a problem for them at this point.

It's just a cycle, groups bloat, blue each other to fight even greater enemies (see TLOST invasion) and then failscade roughly three months afterwards in average.

Guess a failscading velocity could be normalized around the RCC mark of claiming superiority to vanishing, which was around three months i think.

Opinions on the fun-factor are pretty broad. For most people, planning or executing an eviction for anything but ISK/hr from SMA/CHA (like grudges) seems incredibly dumb. For some people, joining a 50+ man fleet is the epitome of happinesss, though no one understands what the **** they're doing in w-space anyways. Guessing cap kills.
