Do you have any analysis skills? Let's see the miner moves halfway across new eden and you track him down with locater agents and bump him again. Sound like harassment? Yep. WHY? WHY? WHY?

When you figure that out, you will understand why the exact same applies to ganking, and how it proves my point in general as well. Learn to put 2 and together.

Fact - The exact same logic would apply to ganking.
