How do you suppose we are going to track these body parts?

Contracts. Market inquiries. Negotiations with collectors or older capsuleers. These sorts of things are regarded as curiosities by some capsuleers with more money than sense, and so they acquire them as a matter of course. I'd actually debated trying to acquire a set for purposes of testing some theories involving a certain class of Sleeper facility in higher-grade wormholes, but never got around to acting on the idea.
