Embrace it. The more people do it, the sooner it will stop. It is one of those things that will get out of hand once too many people do it and even more people complain and unsub.

At that point the argument that CCP earns a lot of money from ISboxers, is none anymore. A game full of ISboxers is bad advertising and provides no real gameplay that could motivate individuals to joining the game.

If you want to see them gone, then make sure more and more people do it.
