Well its a missile flying caldari. its a pretty standard. not saying its bad.
Your sec status is below zero. no sure what your kill to death ratio is.
The core skills have not been completed.
however its caldari with decent pve skills. i would sell as a LVL 5 or 4 mission running character.

5 - 12 bil don't take less then 7 bil
