there's also things like funds clearing / transfers, that could hold things up. CCP did it better last time, obviously, but that time it cost a whole PLEX.

Just out of curiosity, how many people at this point are considering filing for a refund with their payment provider? (I.E. Paypal, Visa, etc?)
