Exefile closes seconds after starting - Unhandled Python exception

I recently decided to reinstall eve, but I can't get the client to run.

The launcher works fine, but as soon as I click play, my task manager tells me it launches exefile.exe, it sits for a few seconds and then quietly closes without showing my any errors. The exact same thing happens when I try to launch exefile manually, bypassing the launcher.

Here's the log from the launcher, maybe someone can give me a hand?

EDIT:
I've tried a reinstall, and I've disabled my antivirus. It happens in Directx9 and 11 mode.
